Just a minute in... Septembre

Making... a long awaited parcel for my dearest Lilly-fin girl full of fun gifts, tinkets, and maybe I'll add some chocolat? I bet it's cool enough by now in Cali to send it along.

Watching... alot of season premiers for my fave TV shows. House, NCIS, Criminal minds, Gossip Girl, Ghost Whisperer are most of what I watch. I've been youtube-ing Glee when I can. :x

Reading... Pride and Prejudice, because I haven't read it and I do really like Darcy and Elizabeth. The Shadow Queen by Anne Bishop. It's a lovely series and one of my favourites at the moment.

Listening... to the oldies. That's my weekend music guys. Next week I'll be stealing my friends computer for uploading CDs into mp3 format for my iPod! I love her to death for that. Plus, she's got great taste in music.

Loving... tumblr I've love exploring all the tumblrs I follow. Many are amazing photographers (like the above). They have inpired me to save for my own film SLR camera and get back on the photography train.

Ruffles and baggy boy dreams by _tealeaves featuring Lucky Brand jeans

This is how I'm feeling today.

I feel like putting on a pair of baggy boy jeans and getting girlier as I go up.
I adore Miss Dior Cherie and own the creme version. It's a lasting young women's perfumeand worth the buy.

Today will be spent with my lovely friend Jo outdoors in new jeans, a nice top, and some new-used jeans.

Melancholy Mondays

Why is it that Monday always has this horrible feeling to it?

I suppose it's because most of us are returning to work or the same old routine. It's the start of a new week and not sleeping in again.

This Monday is the end of some vacation time I took off and I'm feeling sad because it was only last night that I decided to take some time and re-arrange my whole room.

I thought - instead of being down about it, why don't I find something to be glad about it?

I have something to keep me busy for my melancholy Monday now? Perhaps, I'll even break out some good tunes and crank them up while my Mother is out for her drive too!

Ha! Plus, I have that book about tea blending at the library too. Delish!

Salut again mon chérie!

Lately, my newest online hangout has been tumblr. I love that people find such beautiful, inspiring things and share them with everyone. Not always are they pictures or quotes they have made, but as long as a link back is made it's respectable.

Of course, after finding all these lovely photographs I have to explore the flickr account they have come from and then it just gets fantastically out of hand from there.
